Thank you for joining us in our effort to pay tribute to Roger Servison. We will present a beautiful tribute book to Roger at our Annual Gala on April 17, 2018. We are grateful to honor Roger for his lifetime of building the Boston community and the Japan/Boston friendship. You can choose a picture to fill one page of this book and write a brief congratulatory message to Roger to make your voice part of this long-lasting "thank-you" letter.
Please complete your submission before January 31, 2018, so that we can design and publish the best book possible.
This effort also supports our 112-years-strong mission to connect Boston and Japan for good, allowing us to do cultural, educational, civic, and trade-related projects that connect us at every level of society. Roger has been dedicated to this mission as a member of our board for more than twenty years. We appreciate your $1,000 donation for a page in the Tribute Book.
In order to present a fitting tribute book to Roger, we have established a straightforward system for submitting your message along with an image that reflects your message.
1) Choose a picture.
Look through our picture library below - each picture has a number that appears when you move your mouse pointer over it. Scroll down to the "Submission Form", below, and enter the number.
If you have an image of your own to submit, email to email@example.com. Please allow us to review for quality and fit.
2) Craft your message of congratulations, friendship, and support.
On the same "Submission Form", below, enter your message. Please limit to 30 words.
Supply your email address and then CLICK SUBMIT at the bottom of the form below. Don't panic! We will confirm with you before print in case you want to make any changes.
3) Make your donation.
With gratitude, we invite you to make a $1,000 donation in support of our ongoing work.
Or, you can help us avoid the ~3% processing fee by mailing a check payable to Japan Society of Boston to 50 Milk St. 18F, Boston, MA 02109. Japan Society of Boston is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and appreciates your donation, which is fully tax deductible.
4) The shortcut. If you prefer, simply call our office (617-420-7345) and we can help you personally with your submission for Roger's tribute book.
