The restaurant's name, Sakabayashi, comes from the balls of cedar leaves that decorate the doorways of sake breweries in Japan, signifying that a fresh batch of sake is ready. This recently opened restaurant offers a unique blend of Japanese traditional small plates with a modern twist.

This event is open to JSB members only. Registrants are welcome to bring a plus one, but their guest must be included in the registration. All attendees should be prepared to pay for their own meal/drinks.
