JSB members can register for a private tour of the Arts of Japan galleries at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston.

About the event
In collaboration with the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, we are excited to announce a private tour of the current Arts of Japan exhibitions on display, including the Japanese Buddhist Temple Room and Japanese Prints Gallery.Â
Members will get free access to the museum during this special tour, led by Dr. Sarah Thompson, Curator of Japanese Art at the MFA, and Asako Katsura, an Ishibashi Assistant Curator of Japanese Art at the MFA. They will present a brief introduction to each exhibit after which you are welcome to ask questions and enjoy the exhibits and the rest of the museum at your leisure.Â
Please be advised that we will meet as a group at 1:15pm and enter the museum together so if you are late you will not be able to join the tour.Â
