Sake Brewery Tour and Otsumami

Have you ever wondered how sake is made? Come with us on a tour of New England's only sake brewery and taproom, Farthest Star Sake! We will conclude the tour with an informal gathering enjoying their sake with otsumami (おつまみ) or foods that pair well with alcohol!

Todd Bellomy, owner of Farthest Star Sake, will show us their sake brewing setup and answer questions about the process. Then, guests are welcome to purchase and try their locally brewed sake, which is gluten-free unlike most beer! Sake must be purchased by registrants.

We will be enjoying the sake with otsumami (おつまみ), which are small snacks/dishes that are usually quite salty or flavorful and pair well with alcohol.
